Terms and Conditions

Version 2026-11 · effective from the publication of the website

These terms explain how the website and booking a trip with Dream Experience work. Each trip also has its own contract and Booking Confirmation, which set out the specific conditions of that trip.

1. Who we are

Dream Experience Travel, SA, a company incorporated in the Republic of Panama, Public Registry Folio no. 155789220, RUC 155789220-2-2026 DV 87, with address at Davi, Chiriqui - Panamá, Republic of Panama ("Dream Experience").

Dream Experience organises and arranges tailor-made and group trips, booking on the client's behalf the services of hotels, local operators, carriers and other suppliers in each destination.

2. The website and our proposals

The trips shown on the website are for reference. Prices, dates, itineraries and availability are indicative and may change until the booking is confirmed.

Prices shown as "from" are per person, in US dollars (US$), and reflect the conditions described for each trip. The final price is the one stated in the proposal sent to the client.

Sending a request through the website or WhatsApp does not create a booking or any obligation to buy. A booking only exists once the proposal is accepted, the contract is signed and payment is confirmed.

3. Contract and Booking Confirmation

Every trip booked has its own contract and Booking Confirmation, detailing included and excluded services, prices, payment terms and the rules for changes and cancellations.

Only the services described in the Booking Confirmation are included. Items not described, such as flights (when not included), meals, entrance fees, tips, visa fees and personal expenses, are the client's responsibility.

If these terms and the trip contract differ, the contract prevails.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (US$). Payment methods and deadlines are those stated in the proposal and contract for each trip.

When payment is made in another currency, the exchange rate stated in the proposal or contract applies. Services are confirmed once each payment has cleared.

Supplier prices quoted in other currencies may change until services are issued. In that case the client is told in advance and may accept the difference or drop that service without penalty.

5. Changes and cancellations by the client

Requests to change or cancel must be made in writing, by email or WhatsApp.

The cancellation rules stated in the proposal and Booking Confirmation apply, including those of suppliers (hotels, boats, operators and airlines). Many suppliers do not refund cancellations; such non-refundable amounts may be withheld.

Where a refund is due, it is made within the time and in the manner set out in the trip contract.

6. Group departures

Group departures require a minimum number of participants, stated for each trip. Departures are confirmed no later than 30 days before travel.

If a group does not go ahead for reasons beyond the client's control, all amounts paid are refunded in full within 30 days of notice.

If the client withdraws from a group departure, the deposit is not refunded but may be used as credit towards another Dream Experience trip within 12 months, unless the contract states otherwise.

7. Changes due to force majeure

In situations beyond Dream Experience's control, such as natural events, sea or snow conditions, strikes, acts of authority, epidemics or pandemics, itineraries, dates, times or services may have to change. The client is informed as soon as possible.

If the trip cannot take place, the client chooses between rebooking, keeping a credit or a refund, less any costs already paid to suppliers that cannot be recovered.

8. Documents, health and travel insurance

Passports, visas, travel authorisations for minors, vaccinations and other requirements of destination and transit countries are the client's responsibility. Any information Dream Experience provides on these matters is for guidance only.

We always recommend travel insurance covering medical care, baggage and cancellation. For surf and snow trips, the insurance should cover these sports.

9. Surf, snow and outdoor activities

Surfing, skiing, snowboarding, hiking and other outdoor activities carry their own risks. Clients must honestly report their level and health, follow the guidance of guides and instructors and use suitable equipment.

Waves, snow and weather cannot be guaranteed. Poor conditions are not grounds for a refund, but the Dream Experience team always looks for the best alternatives at the destination.

Airline fees for surfboards, skis and other sports equipment are the client's responsibility.

10. Liability

Services are provided by suppliers in each destination, and Dream Experience is responsible for selecting, booking and following up those services, as provided by law and the trip contract.

Dream Experience is not responsible for services the client books directly, without its involvement.

11. Use of the website

Texts, photos, videos and trademarks on this website belong to Dream Experience or its partners and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date. If you spot a mistake, please let us know.

How we handle your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, without prejudice to the consumer rights granted by the law of the client's country of residence.

The client may bring proceedings in the courts of their own place of residence.
