The trip
Les Arcs is made up of different mountain villages, including Arc 1600, Arc 1800, Arc 1950 and Arc 2000. The resort is part of the Paradiski ski area, connected to Peisey-Vallandry and La Plagne.
The ski area covers approximately 425 km of slopes, with options for beginners, intermediate and experienced skiers. Accommodation will be selected according to the guests' profile, preferred village and availability.
Day by day
Day 1
Day 1 – Arrival in Les Arcs
Airport reception and transfer to Les Arcs. Arrival, check-in and accommodation at the selected hotel.
Day 2
Days 2 to 7 – Les Arcs and Paradiski
Days dedicated to snow activities and making the most of the resort.
The programme includes lessons and equipment rental, according to the discipline, participants' level and confirmed services.
Day 3
Day 8 – Departure from Les Arcs
Breakfast, check-out and transfer to the airport. End of services.

Payment
Payment can be made in up to 5 instalments, with a 35% deposit via PIX and the remaining balance split into up to 4 interest-free credit card payments.
Important information
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation, an administrative fee of 15% of the total booking value will apply, in addition to the penalties set out below based on how far in advance of the check-in date the cancellation is requested.
• Between 90 and 61 days before the check-in date: a penalty of 30% of the total booking value will apply. • 60 days or fewer before the check-in date: a penalty of 50% of the total booking value will apply. • 30 days or fewer before the check-in date: a penalty of 100% of the total booking value will apply.
The policies set out above reflect the conditions established by the suppliers of the contracted services.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR BOARDING – FRANCE
BRAZILIANS: passport issued less than ten years ago and valid for at least three months after the planned departure from the Schengen Area. For tourism of up to 90 days, Brazilian citizens do not need a visa.
Immigration authorities may request a return ticket, proof of accommodation, proof of sufficient funds, and travel insurance covering medical expenses and repatriation.
ETIAS: check whether this requirement is in effect before boarding. If active at the time of travel, the authorization must be obtained in advance.
FOREIGN NATIONALS: check entry requirements according to your nationality.
MINORS: where applicable, present an international travel authorization.
VACCINES: check any health requirements in effect prior to travel.
