The trip
Chilean Patagonia is one of the most breathtaking destinations in South America, defined by mountains, glaciers, lakes, steppes and landscapes of extraordinary scenic power. Puerto Natales is the main base for exploring some of the region's most iconic landmarks, including Torres del Paine National Park, cruises through fjords and hikes through Patagonian wilderness.
This 5-day, 4-night itinerary combines three essential Patagonian experiences: a cruise to the Balmaceda and Serrano glaciers with lunch included, a visit to Torres del Paine National Park with lunch, and a trek to the Base of the Towers with a box lunch. The package also includes arrival and departure transfers in Puerto Natales and accommodation with breakfast, according to the selected hotel.
Day by day
Day 1
Day 1 – Arrival in Puerto Natales
Arrival at Puerto Natales Airport. Welcome and transfer via SIB shared service to the hotel in Puerto Natales, subject to operational time restrictions. Rest of the day at leisure.
Day 2
Day 2 – Balmaceda and Serrano Glaciers
Morning departure for a cruise to the Balmaceda and Serrano glaciers aboard the 21 de Mayo. The experience includes lunch and takes in the stunning scenery of channels, forests, mountains and glaciers of Chilean Patagonia.
Day 3
Day 3 – Torres del Paine National Park
A full day dedicated to Torres del Paine National Park, with lunch included. The excursion covers some of the park's most iconic landscapes, including Laguna Amarga, Cuernos del Paine, Salto Grande and Lago Grey, subject to local operations.
Day 4
Day 4 – Torres Base Trek
Departure for the trek to the Base of the Towers, with a box lunch included. This hike is one of the most iconic experiences in Torres del Paine National Park and requires a good level of physical fitness.
Day 5
Day 5 – Departure from Puerto Natales
Transfer via SIB shared service from the hotel to Puerto Natales Airport, in the AM or PM, subject to operations. End of services.

Payment
Price per person in double occupancy. Payment can be made in up to 5 installments, with a 35% deposit via PIX and the remaining balance split into up to 4 interest-free credit card installments.
Important information
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation, an administrative fee of 15% of the total booking value will be applied, in addition to the penalties set according to the notice period prior to the check-in date.
Supplier penalties: Up to 14 days in advance: no penalty, when permitted by suppliers. 13 days or less in advance: penalty according to the conditions of each contracted service, which may reach 100%.
For accommodation, the specific policy of the selected hotel will prevail, as communicated and confirmed at the time of booking.

BOARDING POLICIES - Chile
BRAZILIAN CITIZENS Valid passport for the duration of the trip, or a National ID (RG) in good condition, with a current photo, issued no more than 10 years ago. Driver's licenses, birth certificates, and other documents are not accepted.
FOREIGN NATIONALS Valid passport and original RNE, where applicable. Visa requirements must be verified in advance according to nationality.
VACCINES
There is no mandatory Yellow Fever vaccination requirement for entry into Chile. It is recommended to carry the International Certificate of Vaccination when applicable, especially after recent travel through at-risk areas.
